About My:

Ministry Vision Mission

EDLT Ministries oversees two platforms of ministry:

As Emmanuel De La Torre Ministries empowers Hispanic Pastors, leaders, and ministries to fulfill their purpose and make disciples of Jesus Christ in a rapidly changing Multi-cultural and multi-Generational church. My focus is to partner with  churches struggling to reach, retain, and disciple new believers. The hope is to coach multi-generational Hispanic leaders, provide resources, identify and network, and utilize teams to provide impact approaches. Assist lead pastors in identifying next-generation leaders for succession to the pulpit ministry.

Since my call to ministry, God has burdened me to support churches and reach souls. As I pursued my education, I noticed second-generation Hispanics opting to attend “Anglo or English churches rather than their Parent’s Spanish church. Many of them walked from the faith entirely. Unfortunately, because these multi-generational Christians are choosing other venues, the Hispanic Church is suffering through a lack of education, resources, and vision. These deficiencies make it difficult for Hispanic churches to provide ample support for a rapidly growing population of immigrants who have not heard the Gospel. It hurts me to see the church stagnate and miss out on Salvation opportunities.

Step O N E

1. Call, Visit, and Do informal evaluations of District Affiliated Churches.

A. First, I will meet with Network Executives to discuss and identify churches that are plateaued or declining. Afterward, I will build relationships and network with the pastors of said churches through phone calls, emails, and visitations.

Step T W O

2. Assess, Plan, and Structure.

A) We will analyze the church and community in cooperation with the lead pastor.
This includes a weekend in ministry with
1. The Gospel being preached
2. A day of self-actualization, reflection, and assessments (E.g. SWOT ANALYSIS)
B) We will create a plan to help restructure the church by looking at Strengths and Weaknesses.

3. Execute & Refresh: Continue coaching the pastor and Church Mobilization.

A). Investing in ministers/ pastors with intentional one-on-one mentoring.
B). Beyond the revitalization. The churches and I will partner with others to help address the church's threats. This may include working with other AG US Missionaries, such as Youth Alive and Church Mobilization.
